Alluring Jewelry has been in the making a few years now. It is my mission to provide women another option of glamour and sophisticated appeal. That’s why I’m so excited about WaistlaceTM. It feels good on the skin and the edge is it’s sexy, fun and you can take it off at the end of the day or maybe you might want to keep it on. Everyone wants to feel good and sometimes a little sparkle goes a long way.

Like many women, I’ve always had a passion for jewelry, but I love to create it. After I started working with waistlaceTM I began making other pieces of jewelry. While I had some experience in making actual metal jewelry pieces and casting, at present I enjoy working with various glass beads and semi precious stones. Sometimes even using an old piece to make it into something magical and charming. I love working with the effects of gloss and dull beads, cold and warm stones. I have a Vintage section that includes pieces I’ve come across or from grandmother’s jewelry box or from an estate sale. The future holds more designs with precious stones, healing stones and gold.

At Alluring Jewelry, we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. With that goal in mind, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions. · COMMUNICATION: My reputation is very important. Service is part of our quality. You can count on us. We will always provide communication via E-mail so you are aware of the status.

· DELIVERY: Our normal order is shipped within 3 to 5 business days and you are notified via E-mail. WaistlaceTM” requires a 5 day turn around depending on order status. Rush orders available for a small fee.

· DISABILITY: If you have a disability that makes it difficult for you to put on necklaces or bracelets, Alluring Jewelry will create the design for you with magnetic clasps. Send me an E-mail on what piece you like and I’ll see if we can accomplish for you.

· REFUND POLICY: Our return policy is 14 days for a full refund for the price of the item, less the cost of shipping. Any item returned must be in it’s original condition. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items returned. Please insure the shipment for the price of the item and include the original packing slip with the reason for your return. Once the item has been received and reviewed we will notify you by E-mail of your refund.

· PAYMENT METHOD: We accept paypal, checks or money orders. Orders ship 10 days after receiving your check. Any returned checks are subject to a $29.00 fee. We are currently reviewing gateway company’s and expect to accept credit cards directly from our store within the next month or two.

· PRICING: We reserve the right to change prices on our web site at any time.

· QUALITY:

• Our quality control standards are high, but keep in mind that our pieces are hand made with crystals, beads and all shapes of stones that are natural
• Due to computer graphics and individual settings Color may vary slightly from one computer to the another.
• WaistlaceTM is not a toy and should be treated carefully as you would any other piece of jewelry.
   

· sECURITY/PRIVACY: This site uses a secure server (128-bit SSL encryption) when placing your order. Your name or any third party name will not be used or sold by Alluring Jewelry or used in other then what it’s intended. Contact information (E-mail address, telephone number, address, etc.) is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. Financial information (credit card number, credit card expiration date, billing address, etc.) is only used to bill you for products you have purchased.

· SHIPPING:
   DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All orders are sent United States Postal Service Priority Mail Insured unless you specify    
   differently.
   Shipping rates:
   $1-49.99 = $5.50
   $51-74.99 = $6.50
   $76-99.99 = $7.50
   $100+ = Free Priority Mail Shipping.
   Federal Express orders on any package is $15.00 (flat rate)
   INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping is subject to additional charges depending on the country and   
   shipping method. E-mail us for specific information before placing an international order. ALL Non-USA purchases will  
   be marked as commercial for customs purposes. We do not accept orders from high risk countries due to excessive  
   fraud. All International orders will be shipped only to the billing address of the credit card used via Registered Air Mail
   and must have matching CVV2 (Security Code) presented when the order is placed. Can take up to 8 weeks due to
   customs inspections. We cannot track orders once they have left the US. All International purchases are made at your
   own risk and customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and/or, shipping restrictions and prohibitions related
   to their orders.

· ILLINOIS SALES TAX: All orders shipped within the State of Illinois will also be charged a 7.50% Sales Tax.

· WAISTLACETM: Alluring Jewelry’s WaistlaceTM pieces are made for you. You provide us with the waist size. No return on incorrect sizes given. If you request a different color or need us to match to a specific outfit or swim wear and the piece is created just for you that piece will be introduce in the AJI line named by your first name. Each piece comes with a designer AJI tag. Remember WaistlaceTM is not a toy and should be treated as you would treat any other piece jewelry.

· VINTAGE: When referring to vintage on this web site, this means jewelry that has been worn previously and usually that from 1980 or earlier. Research the item. I am not an expert in Antique jewelry and do my best to describe it in order to provide the best detail of what I see. Always E-mail your questions before purchasing the item as items are not refundable.
